What LAMPA provides

LAMPA is a VPN app and service. Connecting requires active access through your own subscription or a device slot provided by a subscription owner. Your chosen plan determines the number of devices and how long access lasts. The price, subscription period and renewal terms are shown before you buy.

Devices and shared access

The subscription owner manages device slots and invitations. An invited device uses the access granted to it, which the owner can revoke. Buying your own subscription creates separate access; the change is complete once the new settings have been installed. Other members of the previous subscription keep their access.

Buying and managing a subscription

On Android, the purchase method depends on your Google Play country. Google Play Billing is used in supported countries outside Russia. External payment is provided for Russia. The app’s language alone does not determine the purchase method.

If you are offered external payment at pay.noltrasoft.com, the seller and payment terms are shown immediately before you pay. When paying through NOLTRA TRADING L.L.C., the terms shown for that seller before payment apply. Access is activated after successful payment has been verified. Saving a payment method or confirming it with your bank does not, by itself, constitute a payment. You do not enter card details in the LAMPA interface.

Manage subscriptions purchased through Google Play in Google Play. Renewals, cancellations and refunds for those purchases are governed by Google Play’s terms and applicable rules. LAMPA applies renewals, cancellations and refunds confirmed by the store.

External payment renewals and cancellation

Recurring payment terms are shown before you agree to automatic payments. The first renewal attempt is made 72 hours before the paid period ends for monthly and annual subscriptions, and 24 hours before it ends for weekly subscriptions. An early charge does not add extra days to the subscription period. Your recurring payment agreement is tied to the payment provider; switching providers requires a new agreement. A failed charge does not renew your subscription. If your payment method is no longer valid, you may need to confirm it again with your bank. Uninstalling the app or turning off the VPN does not, by itself, cancel automatic payments.

Refunds for external purchases

Refunds are supported for card payments and payments through Russia’s Faster Payments System (SBP). A full refund removes the subscription time funded by that purchase. Access is retained after a partial refund. If the same period is paid for twice, the later duplicate payment is refunded through the same payment route; it does not add a second subscription period. Purchase information and payment results are used to investigate payment issues. Browsing history, DNS requests and VPN connection history are not logged for this purpose.

Your connection

LAMPA shows the current connection status and automatically tries to restore an interrupted connection. Availability depends in part on your current network and server availability. Supported Russian services use a direct route through your current network. Those connections do not go through LAMPA’s VPN tunnel. Your local network remains accessible.

Your data

The Privacy Policy explains the information needed for your connection, subscription and AppsFlyer install measurement. Revoking a device’s access ends its access but does not delete all data about the device and its purchases.
